Forzest is a market name for tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor drug that mainly treats erectile dysfunction in men.

Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, which is an agent that relaxes blood vessels in the lungs so blood flows more freely throughout the body.
Tadalafil is also used to treat prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), urination problems such as pain or incontinence, and pulmonary arterial hypertension in adult men.
Forzest is available only as film-coated orally consumable tablets.
Dosage of Forzest will vary depending on a case by case basis. It is extremely importantly to strictly follow the dosage instruction prescribed by the physician.
Forzest tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Chewing or crushing the tablets can cause the drug to be released into the body instantly, thus increasing the severity of side effects.
Forzest should not be taken at higher or lower doses than prescribed. Doing so can seriously impair the effectiveness of the drug and possibly make side effects more severe.
It’s not advised to take Forzest tablets more than once per day.
The effectiveness of Forzest can be felt as immediately as within 30 minutes after consumption. The effects of a single tablet can last up to 36 hours. Effectiveness of the tablet will vary between individuals.
Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Forzest tablets, is known to cause the following side effects:
Pain in the stomach, back, muscles or limbs
Rare but severe side effects may include swelling of eyelids, nasal congestion and severe flushing.
Side effects does not necessarily comprise of the above. If side effects continue for more than a week, immediately seek medical attention.
Do not take Forzest tablets if allergic or hypersensitive to tadalafil or similar drugs.
It’s recommended to avoid eating or drinking grapefruit products while taking this medication. Grapefruit can cause adverse reactions with Tadalafil.
Forzest tablets should not be taken by women or males under the age of 18.
Forzest tablets are not recommended for use if the drug contains organic nitrates. Double check the label for the presence of nitrate substances.
